1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect

• Enquiry data: company name, contact person, corporate email, WhatsApp number, estimated area, fit-out scope, project notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, referrer URL, session identifiers (via cookies), and pseudonymised event data from Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Analytics.
• Engagement data: contract terms, drawings, BOQs, and correspondence exchanged during an active SOW.

3. Lawful Basis

We process data on the basis of (a) your consent when you submit an enquiry form, (b) our legitimate interest in operating a commercial studio and marketing our services to corporate audiences, and (c) contractual necessity for active engagements. Ad-platform event data is processed strictly for measurement of business-to-business marketing effectiveness — never for consumer-scale behavioural targeting.

4. Encryption & Storage

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. Enquiry records and CRM data are stored in an ISO-27001 / SOC 2 Type II certified managed Postgres backend, encrypted at rest with AES-256. Access is scoped via row-level security policies and admin role gates. Administrative access is audited and requires two-factor authentication.

5. Corporate Identity Non-Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade corporate lead data. Named corporate identities from an active or historical engagement are never shared publicly, with vendors, or with third-party ad platforms without explicit prior written consent from the client's authorised signatory.

6. Cookies & Ad Platform Tags

This site loads Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Analytics 4 tags to measure the performance of our own marketing campaigns. These tags may set first- and third-party cookies. You can opt out via your browser controls or the respective platform preference centres (Meta Ad Preferences, LinkedIn Ad Settings, Google Ad Settings). We do not use these platforms to build profiles of individual site visitors beyond aggregated campaign measurement.

7. Data Retention

Enquiry records are retained for 36 months from last contact. Contractual data is retained for 8 years post project completion in line with Indian statutory record-keeping requirements. Marketing analytics data is retained for 26 months.

8. Your Rights

Regardless of your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction of processing, or deletion of your personal data by emailing thedesignsstore.mktg@gmail.com. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and action within 30. EU/UK residents may also lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority.

9. International Transfers

Our primary infrastructure is hosted within India. Where sub-processors operate outside India (e.g. analytics or ad-platform measurement), transfers are executed under Standard Contractual Clauses and comparable safeguards.

10. Security Incident Response

In the event of a personal-data breach affecting your data, we will notify the impacted contacts and relevant authorities within 72 hours in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes

Material updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
